Basic Information
This is developed based on single phase furnace. There is huge market potential because of its low power consumption. The advantage of double phase serial furnace are: 1. Induction reactance is lower. Power factor will be as high as about 0.9. 2. Voltage of slag pool is enhanced 30% to 100% ends in energy consumption reduce. 3. Melting rate can be raised about 1/3 to 2/3.
